Ms. Jie (Jane) Li
Jie Li (Jane) is an intellectual property and data privacy attorney who helps businesses protect their brands, safeguard their content, and navigate legal risk as they grow. Her practice focuses on trademark and copyright protection, brand enforcement, commercial transactions, and cross-border matters involving the United States and China. She is licensed in California, Massachusetts, and the People’s Republic of China, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
Jane is the Founder and Principal Attorney of InnoShield Law Firm. She works closely with startups, e-commerce brands, technology companies, creators, and international businesses to secure trademark rights, protect creative assets, resolve disputes, and build practical legal strategies for long-term growth in the U.S. market.
Before founding InnoShield, Jane practiced at a leading U.S. intellectual property boutique, where she managed more than 200 trademark applications before the USPTO, handled complex office actions and oppositions, negotiated SaaS and IP licensing agreements, and supported copyright registrations and trademark assignments.
She also worked with an Am Law 100 international firm on sophisticated IP litigation and dispute matters, including trademark infringement, anti-cybersquatting, copyright disputes, unfair competition, and antitrust issues. Her work included drafting motions for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions, managing discovery, and advising multinational clients on U.S. and China-related legal issues.
Earlier in her career, Jane served as Senior In-House Counsel at Procter & Gamble, where she acted as brand counsel for globally recognized brands such as SK-II, Olay, Gillette, Braun, Vicks, Metamucil, Femibion, New Chapter, and Bion 3. In this role, she managed trademark and copyright portfolios, led enforcement actions, negotiated commercial agreements, advised on advertising and consumer protection matters, and developed employee privacy policies for cross-border data transfers.
Her Representative Experience includes:- Filing and prosecuting more than 250 U.S. trademark applications before the USPTO
- Winning a UDRP proceeding before WIPO to recover an infringing domain name
- Managing trademark oppositions and enforcement actions
- Advising on SaaS agreements, IP licensing, and trademark assignments
- Supporting litigation involving trademark infringement, copyright disputes, and cybersquatting
- Obtaining a pre-trial injunction protecting a Hong Kong venture capital fund’s investment exceeding RMB 50 million
- Representing companies in cross-border litigation and arbitration matters
Jane earned her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Boston University School of Law and her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese and regularly advises clients on cross-border business and legal matters involving the United States and Asia.
Ms. Liyue Huang-Sigle
Ms. Sigle is a Privacy & Compliance AI Counsel with over 12 years of legal experience, including the past seven years dedicated to designing, building, and operationalizing privacy and cybersecurity compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions. She holds three IAPP certifications — CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and AIGP — and has extensive experience navigating global privacy frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, EU AI Act, NIS2 Directive, SOC 2, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, HITECH, and LGPD.
Her work spans industries including technology, healthcare, and retail. With a focus on clarity and practicality, Ms. Sigle helps organizations navigate the complex world of privacy and emerging technology with confidence. She partners with clients to simplify compliance, reduce risk, and build trust with both customers and regulators. From developing global compliance privacy programs to ensuring alignment with evolving data protection regulations, she delivers tailored, actionable solutions that support business objectives.
In addition to her privacy and cybersecurity expertise, Ms. Sigle advises on AI governance, helping organizations prepare for the future of responsible innovation. She provides strategic guidance on managing AI-related risks, meeting new regulatory expectations, and implementing ethical frameworks for trustworthy AI development, deployment, and adoption. Her goal is to empower businesses to innovate responsibly — maintaining compliance, protecting data, and strengthening reputation in an increasingly regulated digital landscape.

Mr. Kefei Wu
Kefei Wu is a cross-border legal and business development professional who helps Chinese and international businesses navigate intellectual property strategy, dispute risk, market entry, and cross-border regulatory issues. His work focuses on international arbitration, intellectual property protection, private equity transactions, commercial structuring, and legal operations involving Europe, the United States, and China.
Before his current role, Kefei gained experience across intellectual property, international arbitration, legal technology, and private equity. He managed an international IP client portfolio of approximately 1000+ clients, drafted trademark and patent infringement materials and opposition responses, supported U.S. IP prosecution matters, assisted with ICC arbitration cases involving energy, joint venture governance, and cross-border enforcement, and worked on private equity due diligence, round-trip investment transactions, and restructuring matters.
Kefei earned his Master’s degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris as a founder scholarship holder, and is fluent in Mandarin, English, French and Japanese.
